In a recent exclusive interview, Dr. Peter Onoja, a healthcare professional and community advocate, shared his views on the coalition of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and why he believes it represents a pathway to national liberation. Speaking passionately, he questioned why many Nigerians have not yet aligned themselves with the movement.



THE MEANING OF THE COALITION

According to Dr. Peter, the coalition of ADC is not just a political arrangement but a call for unity. “This coalition is about ordinary Nigerians coming together to demand fairness, justice, and equity,” he stated. He further explained that the coalition brings diverse groups under one umbrella to challenge entrenched leadership patterns that have long hindered development.


THE PROMISE OF LIBERATION

Dr. Peter emphasized that liberation should be measured in tangible ways. “It is about providing healthcare, education, jobs, and security. Liberation is restoring dignity to the Nigerian people,” he said. He argued that the coalition offers a realistic framework for achieving these goals, positioning itself as a platform that truly listens to the people.


THE URGENCY OF NOW

During the discussion, Dr. Peter stressed the importance of immediate action. “History will not wait for those who hesitate. If we remain silent, the cycle of failed promises will continue. The coalition is saying that now is the time to rise,” he remarked.

When asked about his closing message to Nigerians, Dr. Peter posed a challenge: “Why have you not supported ADC? The coalition is for your liberation. What are you waiting for? The future is not tomorrow—it is today.
