WHEN WILL NIGERIA LEARN HER LESSONS?

Why We Must Stop Political Propaganda Before 2027

By the Voice of the People

As the voice of the people, I must speak with boldness and truth: political propaganda is a weapon of mass deception, and if we don’t stop it now, 2027 may become another national disaster.

Just recently, it was uncovered that a group was created by the ruling APC to blackmail Mr. Peter Obi, a man whose passion for a new Nigeria has given millions hope. This is not a rumor; it is reality. The propaganda machine is not sleeping. They are still at work—manufacturing lies, twisting facts, and targeting voices of reason.

The question now is: When will Nigeria learn her lessons?

To my Yoruba brothers and sisters, and all others who supported what you thought was the better choice in 2023—how far? I ask without malice: Are you enjoying what you supported?

This is not about tribe or political party. It is about truth and conscience.

Today, we all suffer together—no region is spared.

The economy is broken. Hunger is multiplying. Security is collapsing. Fuel is choking the poor.

And yet, some are still busy defending the very system that brought us here.

Ewo! When will Nigeria learn?

WHAT IS POLITICAL PROPAGANDA?

It is the calculated use of false or biased information to mislead the masses—often through fake news, social media attacks, tribal sentiments, and emotional manipulation. It’s not politics; it’s poison.

WHY WE MUST STOP IT NOW

1. IT DESTROYS TRUST IN DEMOCRACY

People no longer believe in elections, manifestos, or politicians. They feel betrayed—because they were misinformed.

2. IT MISLEADS THE VOTERS

A voter misled is a nation misruled. If we keep voting based on lies, we will keep crying under wicked leaders.

3. IT DIVIDES THE PEOPLE

Propaganda thrives on “us vs them”—tribe vs tribe, religion vs religion. And yet, all tribes now queue in the same fuel line.

4. IT SILENCES GOOD PEOPLE

Men of integrity are attacked and shamed, while liars wear crowns.

Ask yourself: What exactly has Peter Obi done wrong to deserve such coordinated blackmail?

WHAT WE MUST DO

Speak up against propaganda—don’t spread it.

Educate your community to think critically and verify information.

Focus on issue-based discussions, not personal attacks.

Support candidates with track records, not media packages.

FINAL WORD

As 2027 approaches, we are not just preparing to vote. We are choosing between truth and falsehood, between progress and manipulation.

If we fail to learn from what we see today, then we are the architects of our future suffering.

As the voice of the people, I must declare:

We must not let propaganda determine our destiny.

We must not keep silent while truth is being murdered in public.

We must not allow history to repeat itself just because we refused to pay attention.

Let it be known:

A nation that entertains lies will never enjoy good leadership.

Now is the time to rise, reflect, and resist political deceit—before it’s too late.
